Jeff Andretti
Jeff Andretti (born April 14, 1964) is a former American professional race car driver. He competed in the Champ Car World Series and was the series' Rookie of the Year in 1991. Early life and education Andretti was born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on April 14, 1964, the youngest son of Dee Ann (Hoch) and Italian-born 1969 Indianapolis 500 and 1978 Formula 1 World Champion Mario Andretti. His older brother is Michael Andretti, and his uncle is Aldo Andretti. His nephew is Marco Andretti, who is the son of his brother, Michael. He is also the cousin of Aldo's two sons, John Andretti and Adam Andretti. The Andretti family became the first family to have four relatives (Michael, Mario, Jeff, and John) to compete in the same series, which occurred during the CART series. History The race was originally a standalone race for NASCAR in the month of June that shared a weekend with the track's IndyCar Series race, the PPG 375. In 2021, the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series' spring race weekend at Texas, usually in late March or early-to-mid-April, was removed from the schedule and both series joined the Truck Series on the June weekend. John Andretti
John Andrew Andretti (March 12, 1963January 30, 2020) was an American professional race car driver. He won individual races in CART, IMSA GTP, Rolex Sports Car Series, and NASCAR during his career. A member of the Andretti racing family, he was the son of Aldo Andretti, older brother of racer Adam Andretti, nephew of Mario Andretti, and the cousin to CART drivers Michael and Jeff Andretti. Marco Michael Andretti (born March 13, 1987) is an American professional auto racing driver. He last competed part-time in the IndyCar Series, driving the No. 98 Dallara- Chevrolet for Andretti Global. He formerly drove in the IndyCar Series for 15 years with his family's team Andretti Herta Autosport. During his time in IndyCar, Andretti won two races and finished a career-high fifth in points in 2013 and was the 2006 IndyCar Series Rookie of the Year. Aldo Andretti (February 28, 1940 – December 30, 2020) was an American racing driver and entrepreneur, the twin brother of Mario Andretti and the father of John Andretti and Adam Andretti. He was the uncle of Michael Andretti and Jeff Andretti, great-uncle of Marco Andretti, and grandfather of Jarett Andretti. Aldo and Mario were identical twins.
