Charles Henry Bryan
Charles Henry Bryan (October 20, 1822 – May 14, 1877) was a politician and jurist in California, who served as an associate justice of the California Supreme Court. Biography Bryan was born on October 20, 1822, in Ellicottville, New York. By 1833, the family moved to Ohio. He was well educated and read law. His father, John A. Bryan, was a United States diplomat, and his brother-in-law, John B. Weller, was a United States Senator and Governor of California. In September 1851, Bryan ran for District Attorney of Yuba County against incumbent Jesse O. Goodwin. In June 1852, he was elected a delegate to the state Democratic convention held in Benicia, California, on July 20, 1852. In 1854, Bryan was elected as a Democratic member of the California State Senate from the 15th Senatorial district. George Bryan
George Bryan (1731January 27, 1791) was an Irish/American Pennsylvania businessman, and politician of the American Revolution, Revolutionary era. Tommy Bryan
Tommy Elias Bryan (born May 16, 1956) is an associate justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama, who was first elected in 2012 and re-elected in 2018. He was previously elected to the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals in 2004 and 2010. Education Bryan graduated from Brantley High School in 1974. He received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Education from Troy University. He graduated with a Juris Doctor from Jones School of Law in 1983. William Shepard Bryan
William Shepard Bryan (November 20, 1827 – December 9, 1906) was a Maryland lawyer who served as a justice of the Maryland Court of Appeals from 1883 to 1898. Early life, education, and career Born in New Bern, North Carolina, he was the son of Congressman John Heritage Bryan. Bryan "received his early general and education in the South". He graduated from the University of North Carolina and read law under the supervision of his father. He moved to Baltimore in 1850, and read law to gain admission to the bar in Maryland in 1851, thereafter entering the practice of law. He was a southern sympathizer during the American Civil War, and was a presidential elector in the 1876 United States presidential election.
