Jum-Hwan Choi
Jum Hwan Choi (born June 9, 1963) is a South Korean former professional boxer who competed from 1983 to 1990. He is a world champion in two weight classes, having held the IBF light-flyweight title from 1986 to 1988 and the WBC strawweight title from 1989 to 1990. Professional career Choi turned professional in 1983 and in 1986 captured the vacant IBF light-flyweight title with a decision win over Park Cho-woon. He defended the belt three times before losing it to Tacy Macalos in a rematch in 1988. He moved down in weight to beat Napa Kiatwanchai for the and WBC strawweight title the following year, but lost the belt in his first defense to Hideyuki Ohashi by knockout, and retired after the loss. Dodie Boy Peñalosa
Diosdado "Dodie Boy" Peñalosa (born November 19, 1962) is a Filipino former professional boxer who won the IBF light flyweight and flyweight titles. Professional career Peñalosa won the Philippine light flyweight title on November 26, 1982 by a 12th round stoppage against Romy Austria. He defended it against Alfredo Guanzon on January 30, 1983 although the bout ended in a no-contest for unknown reasons. In 1983, he became the first IBF light flyweight champion with a technical knockout win over Satoshi Shingaki who would later become the inaugural IBF bantamweight champion. He defended the title three times before vacating the belt. In 1986, he moved up to challenge WBA Flyweight Title holder Hilario Zapata but lost. Peñalosa later captured the IBF Flyweight Title the following year with a knockout win over Hi-Sup Shin. He lost the belt in his first defense to Chang-Ho Choi. Quezon City
Quezon City (, ; fil, Lungsod Quezon ), also known as the City of Quezon and Q.C. (read in Filipino as Kyusi), is the most populous city in the Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 2,960,048 people. It was founded on October 12, 1939, and was named after Manuel L. Quezon, the second president of the Philippines. The Araneta Coliseum, also currently known by naming rights sponsorship as Smart Araneta Coliseum, is an indoor multi-purpose sports arena that is part of the Araneta City in the Cubao area of Quezon City, Philippines.
