Mihael Žgank
Mihael Žgank (; born 1 February 1994) is a Slovenian-born Turkish judoka. Career Žgank competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, in the men's 90 kg, where he lost to Aleksandar Kukolj of Serbia in the round of 32. At the 2017 World Judo Championships in Budapest, Žgank won the silver medal. Later, Žgank switched nationality from Slovenia to Turkey due to financial reasons. Erlan Sherov (born 19 June 1998) is a judoka from Kyrgyzstan. He was a bronze medalist at the 2024 World Judo Championships. Career Sherov won a silver medal in the 90 kg category at the 2022 Asian Championships in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan in August 2022. Sherov reached the final of the 90 kg category at the 2022 Asian Games in September 2023 where he won gold with a victory against Uzbekistan's Davlat Bobonov. John Jayne
John Jayne ( ; born 4 March 1997) is a judoka. A triple national born and raised in England, he has represented both Great Britain and the United States. Most recently, he competed for the latter at the 2024 Summer Olympics. Early life and education Jayne was born and raised in London to an American father and a Bulgarian mother, giving him triple citizenship. He took his first judo class at the Budokwai in Chelsea at age 3 and went on to train at Moberly Stars Judo in Queen's Park.
