The Judicial and Bar Council (JBC; ) of the Philippines is a Constitution of the Philippines, constitutionally-created body that recommends appointees for vacancies that may arise in the composition of the Supreme Court of the Philippines, Supreme Court, other lower courts, and the Legal Education Board, and in the offices of the Ombudsman of the Philippines, Ombudsman, Deputy Ombudsman and the Special Prosecutor. The Batasang Pambansa Complex, or simply the Batasan (), is the seat of the House of Representatives of the Philippines. It is located along the Batasan Road in Batasan Hills, Quezon City.
