The International Studies Association (ISA) is a US-based professional association for scholars and practitioners in the field of international studies. Founded in 1959, ISA has been headquartered at the University of Connecticut in Storrs since 2015. Its executive director is Mark A. Boyer. English is a West Germanic language of the Indo-European language family, with its earliest forms spoken by the inhabitants of early medieval England.
