Jonis Khoris (born 15 March 1989) is an Italian footballer of Moroccan descent who plays for Serie D club Castrovillari. Biography Born in Siderno, region of Calabria, some sources claim that he was born in Bucharest, Romania. However, he clarified that he was not born in Bucharest. Khoris started his career in Genoa before returned to southern Italy, for Reggina in January 2005. In 2006–07 season he was loaned to Vibonese of Serie C2. He made his club debut for Reggina in January 2008, losing to Inter Milan 0–3. Before the match Reggina already losing the first leg of 2007–08 Coppa Italia. In January 2009, he was loaned to Prima Divisione club Ravenna with option to sign outright. He played once in first team and also played for its Berretti team, the top team in youth ranks. Siderno
Siderno ( scn, label=Central-Southern Calabrian, Calabrian, Sidernu or ; ) is a town and ''comune'' in the Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria, Calabria, southern Italy, about 3 kilometres from Locri. Campionato Primavera 3, formerly Campionato Nazionale Dante Berretti (or simply ''Campionato Berretti''), is an Italian football competition played by youth teams (under 19) organized by the Lega Pro, and mainly composed by Serie C clubs but also by some Serie A and Serie B teams. The first edition was held in the 1966–67 season for Serie C clubs only, but the competition was opened to other series' clubs in the 1968–69; since there the championship awarded multiple winning trophies, usually one for Serie C champion and one for the other categories' champion. Lega Pro Prima Divisione was the third highest football league in Italy. It consisted of 33 teams, divided geographically into two divisions of 16 and 17 teams for group A and B respectively. Until 2008 it was known as Serie C1. Before the 1978–79 season there were only three leagues of professional football in Italy, the third being Serie C.
