John Leslie (TV Presenter)
John Leslie (born John Leslie Stott; 22 February 1965) is a Scottish former television and radio presenter. Debuting on the Music Box (TV channel), Music Box channel in 1987, he later presented BBC One's ''Blue Peter'', and ITV (TV network), ITV's ''This Morning (TV programme), This Morning'' and the gameshow ''Wheel of Fortune (British game show), Wheel of Fortune''. He was also the studio host for the first series of the UK version of ''Survivor (British TV series), Survivor''. Early life and career John Leslie Stott was born in Edinburgh, the brother of Grant Stott. He attended Liberton High School and James Gillespie's High School. Leslie spent his early years in the church choir, studied music on leaving school, and worked as a DJ in Copenhagen. Nicholas Andrew Argyll Campbell OBE (born Nicholas Lackey; 10 April 1961) is a Scottish broadcaster and journalist. Tim Vincent (born Timothy Russell Walker; 4 November 1972) is a British actor and television presenter from Overton-on-Dee, Wales. Anthea Turner (born 25 May 1960) is an English television presenter. She was a host of ''Blue Peter'' from 1992 until 1994, and of ''GMTV'' from 1994 until 1996. Early life Turner was born in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and educated at the Roman Catholic girls' school St Dominic's Grammar School in Stoke. She was one of three daughters born to her parents Brian and Jean Turner. One of her sisters, Ruth, died aged 15. Her other sister is presenter Wendy Turner-Webster. Caron Louisa Keating (5 October 1962 – 13 April 2004) was a British television presenter. Early life and education Keating was born on 5 October 1962 in Fulham, south-west London, to an English father with Irish roots and a Northern Irish mother.
