John Beecher (ice Hockey)
John Beecher (born April 5, 2001) is an American ice hockey Forward (ice hockey), forward for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted 30th overall by the Bruins in the first round of the 2019 NHL entry draft. He played college ice hockey for the Michigan Wolverines men's ice hockey team from 2019 to 2022. Early life Beecher was born on April 5, 2001, in Elmira, New York to parents Bill and Natasha. Although his parents were collegiate athletes, they did not play ice hockey. His father played lacrosse and golf at Elmira College while his mother ran track and cross-country at Union College. Beecher began ice skating when he was six years old after spending the summer playing roller hockey and immediately made the local travel team. 2020 Big Ten Men's Ice Hockey Tournament
The 2020 Big Ten Conference Men's Ice Hockey Tournament was the seventh tournament in conference history. It was scheduled to be played between March 6 and March 21, 2020, on-campus locations. On March 12, 2020, the Big Ten announced that the tournament was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Format The tournament featured a format with all games taking place on the campus of the higher-seeded teams. The tournament opened with three best-of-three quarterfinal series, as the second, third and fourth-seeded teams each hosting a series. The top-seeded team had a bye to the single-elimination semifinals. The highest-seeded team remaining after the semifinals was intended to host the championship game. Brad Marchand
Bradley Kevin Marchand ( ; born May 11, 1988) is a Canadian professional ice hockey left winger for the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League (NHL). The Boston Bruins selected Marchand in the third round, 71st overall, of the 2006 NHL entry draft. Marchand was raised in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, the oldest of four children born to two local hockey coaches. 2021–22 AHL Season
The 2021–22 AHL season was the 86th season of the American Hockey League. The regular season began on October 15, 2021, and ended on April 30, 2022. The Denver Pioneers men's ice hockey team is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I college ice hockey program that represents the University of Denver. They play at Magness Arena in Denver, Colorado. The Pioneers are a member of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC).
