He specializes in foreign policy, terrorism, Kashmir conflict, Afghanistan conflict and the politics of Pakistan. Early life and education Saleem Safi was born in the city of Mardan, in the KP province of Pakistan on 7 March 1968. He belongs to the Mulagore Pashtun tribe.
