Jhargram (Lok Sabha Constituency)
Jhargram Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 543 constituencies of the lower house of parliament in India. The constituency centres on Jhargram in West Bengal. The seat is reserved for scheduled tribes. Four of the seven assembly segments of No. 33 Jhargram Lok Sabha constituency are in Jhargram district, two in Paschim Medinipur district and one assembly segment is in Purulia district. Trinamool Congress
The All India Trinamool Congress (; AITC), simply known as Trinamool Congress, is an Indian political party that is mainly influential in the Federated state, state of West Bengal. Purulia District
Purulia district () is one of the twenty-three districts of West Bengal state in Eastern India. Purulia is the administrative headquarters of the district. Some of the other important towns of Purulia district are Raghunathpur- Adra, Manbazar, Jhalda, Anara and Balarampur. Subodh Chandra Hansda (1927 – 26 September 2004) was member of 5th Lok Sabha from Medinipur (Lok Sabha constituency) in West Bengal State, India. The 3rd Lok Sabha, (2 April 1962 – 3 March 1967) was elected in February–March 1962. The Lok Sabha (House of the People) is the lower house in the Parliament of India.
