Karl Hermann Jeschke (born August 17, 1890, date of death unknown) was an SS-''Oberscharführer'' and member of staff at Auschwitz concentration camp. He was prosecuted at the Auschwitz Trial. Jeschke was born in Hohenliebenthal. He joined the Nazi Party in 1933. He served in the Wehrmacht fighting on the front until 1944. In July 1944 he was drafted into the Waffen-SS and sent to Auschwitz, where he worked as a guard. In mid-September 1944 he was transferred to the Charlottengrube subcamp. After World War II, Jeschke was tried by the Supreme National Tribunal in Kraków Kraków (), or Cracow, is the second-largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland. Marta Jeschke (born 2 June 1986 in Wejherowo) is a Polish sprinter who specializes in the 200 metres. Her personal best time is 23.19 seconds, achieved in June 2008 in Rostock. She has best of 11.33 seconds in the 100 metres, which she set in Kraków in 2011. Jeschke represented Poland at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. In the 200 m she did not qualify from her heat. She competed in the 4x100 metres relay together with Daria Korczyńska, Dorota Jędrusińska and Ewelina Klocek. In their first round heat they placed fifth behind Belgium, Great Britain, Brazil and Nigeria. Their time of 43.47 seconds was the second best non-directly qualifying time and the seventh time overall out of sixteen participating nations. Norman Jeschke
Norman Jeschke (born 2 March 1979 in East Berlin, East Germany) is a German pair skater. Career Jeschke began skating at the age of three and was permitted to join the specially promoted sports club SC Dynamo Berlin. He first skated as a single skater, but later switched to pair skating. With partner Christine Tiltmann, he is the 1997 German junior national champion. After that partnership, he teamed up with Mariana Kautz. They placed 14th at the 2002 Winter Olympics. Their partnership ended following the 2002 World Championships. In May 2002, Jeschke teamed up with Danish figure skater Mikkeline Kierkgaard. They won the bronze medal at the 2004 German Championships. They were unable to compete internationally that season due to International Skating Union rules regarding country changes. In 1987, he won the Harrison Award for international achievements in science fiction. Biography Jeschke was born in 1936 in Děčín (then in Czechoslovakia, now in the Czech Republic). After the expulsion of Germans from Czechoslovakia after World War II, he grew up in Asperg near Ludwigsburg. After graduating from high school, he trained as a toolmaker and worked in mechanical engineering. In 1959, he went back to complete the and studied German, English literature, and philosophy at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He completed a publishing internship at the publisher C.H. Beck. In 1969, he was hired as editorial assistant for the Kindler literature encyclopedia, and later became an editor. In 1970, author Herbert W.
