Jerry Bradley (music Executive)
Jerry Owen Bradley (January 30, 1940 – July 17, 2023) was an American music executive known for his role in country music. As head of RCA Records in Nashville from 1973 to 1982, Bradley was involved in the marketing and creation of the first platinum album in country music, ''Wanted! The Outlaws'', which reached that mark in 1976. He also worked as an engineer and producer at his father’s studio, Bradley’s Barn (''Country Music Hall of Fame'', Source). Bradley was inducted in the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2019. Early life Bradley was born on January 30, 1940, in Nashville, Tennessee. Webb Pierce
Michael Webb Pierce (August 8, 1921 – February 24, 1991) was an American country music vocalist, songwriter, and guitarist of the 1950s, one of the most popular of the genre, charting more number-one hits than any other country and western performer during the decade. His biggest hit was the honky-tonk-rooted " In the Jailhouse Now", which charted for 37 weeks in 1955, 21 of them at number one. Bradley's Barn
Bradley's Barn was a music recording studio founded in the mid-1960s by Owen Bradley. The studio was built in a converted barn on farmland in the Nashville suburb of Mount Juliet, and was the site of numerous notable recordings by artists including The Who, Loretta Lynn, Conway Twitty, Brenda Lee, The Beau Brummels, J. J. Cale, Bill Anderson, k.d. lang, George Jones, Leon Russell, Townes Van Zandt, and others. Hillsboro High School is a comprehensive high school in Nashville, Tennessee. Established in 1939, the school is one of fifteen high schools in Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools. The school offers the IB Diploma Programme. History Hillsboro High School officially opened October 22, 1939, with an enrollment of 164 students and seven faculty members. Initially, the school served a rural area. Later population increases, re-zoning, the Vocational Educational Act, and 20th century influences have resulted in changes from a two-story red brick building in a pastoral setting to a set of massive white buildings which were designed by nationally recognized architects. Montgomery Bell Academy (MBA) is a preparatory day school for boys in grades 7 through 12 in Nashville, Tennessee. The school is located in the Whitland Area Neighborhood.
