Jeppe Højbjerg
Jeppe Højbjerg (born 30 April 1995) is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. Club career Højbjerg started his career at childhood club Sønderris SK, before moving to Esbjerg fB in 2009, where he was initially an outfield player. However, he was on incidentally moved to the goalkeeper position at practice, and remained at there since. In October 2012, he went on trial with English Premier League club Everton, with the club offering him a youth contract afterwards. Højbjerg, however, chose to stay at Esbjerg in order to gain first-team experience. He made his professional debut on 26 September 2013, in a Danish Cup match, where he started in a 7–1 win over lower league side Aalborg Chang. On 16 January 2015, Højbjerg was sent on a six-month loan to Danish 1st Division club FC Fredericia, in order to gain more first-team experience. Czech Republic National Under-21 Football Team
The Czech Republic national under-21 football team is the national under-21 association football team of the Czech Republic and is controlled by the Football Association of the Czech Republic. The team competes in the UEFA European Under-21 Championship, held every two years. Although the breakup of Czechoslovakia occurred officially on 1 January 1993, the under-21 team continued until the end of the 1994 championship. After that, the Czech Republic and the Slovakia under-21s became separate footballing entities. For both nations, the first matches were played in September 1994 in qualification for the 1996 championship. The 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship (also known as UEFA Under-21 Euro 2017) was the 21st edition of the UEFA European Under-21 Championship, a biennial international youth football championship organised by UEFA for the men's under-21 national teams of Europe. The final tournament was hosted in Poland for the first time, after their bid was selected by the UEFA Executive Committee on 26 January 2015 in Nyon, Switzerland. The tournament took place from 16–30 June 2017. Players born on or after 1 January 1994 were eligible for the tournament. In March 2012, UEFA announced that the competition would take place in even numbered years from 2016 onwards. The Germany national under-21 football team represents the under-21s of Germany in the UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship and is controlled by the German Football Association (DFB), the governing body of football in Germany. Before the reunification of Germany, East Germany and West Germany played as separate entities — the two teams played separately until summer 1990. Following the realignment of UEFA's youth competitions in 1976, international under-21 football in Europe began.
