James Richards (born 1983) is a British artist who lives in Berlin and London. Born in Cardiff, he studied Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art & Design, London. On 7 May 2014, it was announced that he was one of the four nominees for the Turner Prize. Richards was nominated for ''Rosebud'', a 13-minute black and white video that includes video clips and photographs taken from erotic books in a Tokyo library, all of which have had the genitalia scratched out to comply with censorship laws. James Edwin Richards
James Edwin Richards, also known as Jim Richards, (ca.1945 – 18 October 2000), was an American citizen journalist, editor and publisher of ''Neighborhood News'', a weekly e-mail newsletter, that reported on crime in Venice, California. Richards was murdered at his Oakwood neighborhood home, one convicted assailant was sentenced to 16 years in prison, and the anniversary of his death is honored by locals. Personal James Edwin Richards was 55 years old at the time of his murder. He had lived on the 700 block of Vernon Ave for 20 years and in Venice since 1969. Richards was known in his community as a local anti-crime activist, block captain for the Model Neighborhood Program, and a member of the Community Police Advisory Board. James Lorin Richards (January 8, 1858 – January 2, 1955) was an American financier and industrialist based in Boston, Massachusetts. Early life Richards was born on a farm in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, the son of Rodolphus Palford and Sarah E. (Burt) Richards. He never finished high school. Instead, in 1875 at age 17 he moved to Boston to learn the wholesale tobacco trade under a family friend. James G. Richards (born November 7, 1969) is a former American football offensive guard in the National Football League for the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Rams and Phoenix Cardinals. Sir James Maude Richards, FRIBA (13 August 1907 – 27 April 1992) was a British architectural writer. James Maude Richards was born in 1907, at Ladypath, Park Lane, Carshalton, Surrey. His father, Louis Saurin Richards, was a solicitor, and his mother, Lucy Denes (''née'' Clarence), was born in Ceylon, now Sri Lanka. Educated at Gresham's School, Holt, and Cambridge University, he trained as an architect at the Architectural Association. He worked at J.
