Jake Evans (born June 2, 1996) is a Canadian professional ice hockey centre for the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the seventh round, 207th overall, by the Canadiens in the 2014 NHL entry draft. Playing career Early years As a youth, Evans played with the Mississauga Rebels of the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) and won the OHL Cup during his midget year. Jacob Evans III (born June 18, 1997) is an American professional basketball player for BK Redstone Olomoucko of the National Basketball League (NBL) and the Alpe Adria Cup. He played for the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the Cincinnati Bearcats. The Stanford Cardinal track and field team is the track and field program that represents Stanford University. The Cardinal compete in NCAA Division I as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference. Jacob Finlay Evans (born 8 April 1998) is an English professional footballer who plays for Chippenham Town, as a midfielder. Club career Having spent 10 years in the Swindon Town youth set-up, Evans signed a professional contract in April 2016. Evans made his professional debut for the Wiltshire side, coming on as a second-half substitute, in the 3–0 win against Shrewsbury Town. On 22 February 2017, Evans joined Irish side Waterford on loan until June 2017. On 24 February 2017, Evans made his Waterford debut in their 1–0 away defeat against Athlone Town, on the opening day of the 2017 campaign.
