''Jai Ho'' () is a 2014 Indian Hindi-language action drama film, political action drama film directed by Sohail Khan, who also produced the film under the banner Sohail Khan, Sohail Khan Productions and co-produced by Sunil Lulla under Eros International, which distributed the film. It is an official remake of the Telugu language, Telugu film ''Stalin (2006 film), Stalin'', which is also inspired by the Theater in the United States, American-drama film ''Pay It Forward (film), Pay It Forward''. Sohail Salim Abdul Rashid Khan (born 20 December 1969) is an Indian actor and producer who works mainly in Hindi cinema. He is the younger brother of actors Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan. He has an elder sister, Alvira Khan Agnihotri. He produces films under his banner Sohail Khan Productions. Early life Khan was born in Bombay (present-day Mumbai) to screenwriter Salim Khan and his wife Sushila Charak who later changed her name to Salma Khan.
