Jacques Coetzee And John Frank Brown
Samuel Jacques Coetzee (1971 – 31 April 1997) and John Frank Brown (born 1963), collectively known as The Cross-Dressing Killers, were a pair of South African serial killers who murdered four men and one teenage boy in the Johannesburg area from 1993 to 1995. The pair's nickname comes from Coetzee's part-time job as a drag queen. Both men were arraigned for the crimes, but Coetzee killed himself ten days after their trial began. Consequently, Brown was convicted on one murder charge and four counts of Accessory (legal term), accessory to murder, for which he was given a life imprisonment, life term. Thierry Paulin (November 28, 1963 – April 16, 1989), known as The Monster of Montmartre (french: Le monstre de Montmartre), was a French serial killer active in the 1980s who murdered 21 elderly women.
