Issa Brothers
Mohsin Issa CBE and Zuber Issa CBE are British billionaire brothers and businessmen who founded Euro Garages (later renamed EG Group) in 2001, a Blackburn-based operator of filling stations, convenience stores and food service providers across Europe, the United States and Australia. In October 2020, as part of a consortium with TDR Capital, the brothers became majority stakeholders in the British supermarket chain Asda. From August 2021 to September 2024, Mohsin served as Asda's chief executive. As of April 2025, Mohsin is a minority owner of Asda, whilst Zuber has since sold his shareholding. Blackburn () is an industrial town and the administrative centre of the Blackburn with Darwen borough in Lancashire, England. Stuart Alan Ransom Rose, Baron Rose of Monewden, (born 17 March 1949) is a British businessman and life peer, who was the executive chairman of Marks & Spencer until 2010, remaining as chairman until early 2011.
