Iron Man Mark III Armor
Tony Stark (Marvel Cinematic Universe), Tony Stark has worn different versions of the Iron Man armor throughout the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He has also built armor for James Rhodes (Marvel Cinematic Universe), James Rhodes (which became the War Machine armor), the Iron Spider suit for Peter Parker (Marvel Cinematic Universe), Peter Parker, and Pepper Potts (Marvel Cinematic Universe), Pepper Potts' Rescue armor. The physical armor used in ''Iron Man (2008 film), Iron Man'' (2008) was built by Stan Winston Studios, with the digital version and other visual effects created by Industrial Light & Magic. Further appearances of the armor in the MCU were mainly created through visual effects. ''Iron Man'' is a 2008 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. The Embassy is a visual effects studio located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Embassy is known for its photo-realistic visual effects work on commercials and more recently, features. The studio completed a number of visual effects shots for Marvel Studios, ''Iron Man'' and more recently contributed effects to the climactic sequence of the Peter Jackson produced film, ''District 9''. The Orphanage (company)
The Orphanage was an American visual effects studio located in California. It had offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco. It was co-founded in 1999 by Stu Maschwitz, Jonathan Rothbart, and Scott Stewart, who all previously worked at Industrial Light & Magic. Scott Kirsner at Hollywood Reporter interviewed a couple of the founders, and writes about the company and its plans. Stu Maschwitz created the Magic Bullet software which gives video a film look, and wrote a book about guerrilla filmmaking called '' The DV Rebel's Guide: An All-Digital Approach to Making Killer Action Movies on the Cheap''. The Orphanage was known for its work on both commercials and features. War Machine (Col. James Rupert "Rhodey" Rhodes) is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by David Michelinie, John Byrne, and Bob Layton as a supporting character for Iron Man, he first appeared in ''Iron Man'' #118 (1979) and became a superhero with the Iron Man armor in issue #169 (1983). A gimbal is a pivoted support that permits rotation of an object about an axis.
