International Network Of Civil Liberties Organizations
The International Network of Civil Liberties Organizations (INCLO) is a network of 15 independent, national human rights organizations from different countries in the North and South that work together to promote fundamental rights and freedoms. INCLO supports and mutually reinforces the work of member organizations in their respective countries and collaborates on a bilateral and multilateral basis. INCLO works on four issues: protest rights and policing; surveillance and human rights; religious freedom and equal treatment; and protecting civic space. Agora (in full, Inter-regional Association of Human Rights Organizations "Agora", Russian ''Межрегиональная Ассоциация правозащитных организаций "АГОРА"'') is a Russian human rights group based in Kazan, Tatarstan. It provides legal advocacy for victims of suspected human rights abuses by government officials such as police, military and prison officers, with a particular focus on journalists, political activists, bloggers and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). The organization was awarded the Rafto Prize for its work on 25 September 2014. American Civil Liberties Union
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1920 "to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States". The ACLU works through litigation and lobbying, and has over 1,800,000 members as of July 2018, with an annual budget of over $300 million. The Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights or EIPR ( ar, المبادرة المصرية للحقوق الشخصية) is an independent Egyptian human rights organization, established in 2002. It is a Cairo-based think tank. The Irish Council for Civil Liberties ( ga, An Chomhairle um Chearta Daonna) is an Irish non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the civil liberties and human rights of people in Ireland.
