''In the Spotlight'' is the fifteenth studio album by the American singer-songwriter and bassist, bass guitar player Suzi Quatro. The seeds for the album were sown when Mike Chapman, Quatro's original producer and composer of most of her hits, approached her with plans to take her back to her roots. Their reunion resulted in this modern take on Quatro's original attitude, which shows the influence she has had on modern female artists. "Strict Machine", a song originally performed by Goldfrapp, even contains a two line teaser from Quatro's number one hit "Can the Can", to show the similarities of the two tracks. When the album was released, it received many positive reviews—''Mojo (magazine), Mojo'' rated the album three stars, while AllMusic rated it three-and-half stars out of five, commenting that except for one track, "''In the Spotlight'' is an impressive comeback, which admirably doesn't rely solely on nostalgia to make itself heard." Dee Dee Ramone
Douglas Glenn Colvin (September 18, 1951 – June 5, 2002), better known by his stage name Dee Dee Ramone, was an American musician. He was the bassist, occasional lead vocalist and a founding member of the punk rock band the Ramones. Throughout the band's existence, he was the most prolific lyricist and composer, writing many of their best-known songs, such as " 53rd & 3rd", "Chinese Rock", "Commando", "Wart Hog", " Rockaway Beach", " Poison Heart" and " Bonzo Goes To Bitburg" (also known as "My Brain Is Hanging Upside Down"). Holly Knight (born 1956) is an American songwriter, musician, and singer. Brian William Chase (born February 12, 1978) is an American drummer and drone musician who plays in the New York rock band Yeah Yeah Yeahs. He was ranked at No. 50 in Gigwise's list of ''The Greatest Drummers of All Time''. Career Chase met Karen O at Ohio's Oberlin College, and he joined the Yeah Yeah Yeahs in 2000 after their original drummer left the trio. Starting at college, Chase played for the rock band The Seconds. Juliette And The Licks
Juliette and the Licks were an American rock band led by actress and singer Juliette Lewis. Other band members have included guitarists Todd Morse, Craig Fairbaugh, Emilio Cueto, bassist Jason Womack and drummer Ed Davis. Their popular songs include "You're Speaking My Language" and "Hot Kiss". The band broke up in 2009. They reunited for a Los Angeles show in 2015, followed by extensive touring in 2016. Todd Morse (born January 21, 1968) is an American musician best known as the current bassist for the American punk rock band the Offspring and as the former guitarist of the band H2O, in which he played with his brother Toby Morse. Early life Morse is the middle brother of three brothers. When Morse was five years old, his father died of a rare heart condition, and Morse was raised with the help of his older brother and grandparents as his mother began working at multiple jobs. ''Four on the Floor'' is the second full-length album by Juliette and the Licks. The follow-up to '' You're Speaking My Language'', this album was released on October 2, 2006, in the UK, and later re-released with a bonus DVD featuring documentaries, live performances and music videos. It was released on July 24, 2007, in the US with two bonus tracks. The first single, "Hot Kiss", was released on September 25, 2006, and the second single "Sticky Honey" was released in 2007. A remix of "Inside the Cage" can be heard in the video game ''Grand Theft Auto IV'' on the Radio Broker station.
