''Mironave'' was a cargo ship that was built as a passenger ship in 1938 by Schiffbau-Gesellschaft Unterweser AG, Wesermünde, Germany for German owners. In 1940, she was requisitioned by the Kriegsmarine. Seized by the Allies in 1945, she was passed to the Ministry of War Transport (MoWT) and renamed ''Empire Concave''. In 1946, she was passed to the Norwegian Government and renamed ''Galtnes''. She was sold into merchant service in 1947 and renamed ''Ila''. The ILA Berlin Air Show (German: (ILA)) combines a major trade exhibition for the aerospace and defence industries with a public airshow. The Individual Learning Accounts (ILA) scheme was a British Government scheme designed to support adult education in the United Kingdom from the late 1990s. The scheme was announced in the 1997 Labour Party manifesto to support adult education in Britain with a system of tax incentives from employers, as well as a cash contribution of £150 to each of a million individuals. The system was biased towards the uptake of information technology skills, following the emergence of the Internet. Ila People
The Ila people are an ethnic group in The Republic of Zambia who make up 0.8 percent of the total population. The Ila are closely related in language and culture to their more numerous Tonga neighbours in Southern Province. The Ila people mainly reside in Namwala District, which is the principal town for the Ila, Itezhi-Tezhi and Mumbwa districts spread across seventeen chiefdoms. Most Ila grow enough food to feed their families and to cover expenses for physical needs and their children's educational expenses. More educational and career opportunities are available in the larger towns and village centers. Some Ila raise animals such as chickens, goats, or pigs on a small scale, and mostly cows, though that is usually for tradition and prestige. Caol ( Gaelic: An Caol) is a village near Fort William, in the Highland council area of Scotland. It is about north of Fort William town centre, on the shore of Loch Linnhe, and is within the parish of Kilmallie. The name "Caol" is from the Gaelic for "narrow", in this case referring to the narrow water between Loch Linnhe and Loch Eil.
