Delta State

Jim James Ovia (born 4 November 1951) is a Nigerian businessman and author. He is the founder of Zenith Bank, which he founded in 1990, and is now the country's most profitable bank. Ifeanyichukwu Arthur Okowa (born 8 July 1959) is a Nigerian doctor and politician who served as Governor of Delta State from May 2015 to May 2023.
