Michael Monroe
Matti Antero Kristian Fagerholm (born 17 June 1962), better known by his stage name Michael Monroe, is a Finnish rock musician who rose to fame as the vocalist for the glam punk band Hanoi Rocks, and has served as the frontman for all-star side projects, such as Demolition 23 and Jerusalem Slim (with Steve Stevens). Early life Michael Monroe was born Matti "Makke" Fagerholm on 17 June 1962. His father, Pentti Fagerholm (1935–2015), was a very well known Finnish radio personality and reporter. Monroe states in the Hanoi Rocks autobiography ''All Those Wasted Years'' that one of the first times he was exposed to rock n' roll was when he saw Black Sabbath's 1970 Paris performance on television. Steve Conte is an American musician, songwriter, guitarist, music producer, and lead singer of the band Steve Conte NYC. He has worked with Japanese composer Yoko Kanno on a variety of anime soundtracks including ''Wolf's Rain'', '' Cowboy Bebop'', ''RahXephon'' and '' Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG''. Rich Jones is an English guitarist born in Coventry in 1973. He has since played music worldwide and lived in Toronto, Vancouver, Los Angeles, London, and Berlin. He now lives in Toronto with his family. Career Jones was a founding member and principal songwriter of the Canadian punk band The Black Halos from 1993–2001, and played in the British punkabilly band The Yo-Yos (2005), and the American punk bands Amen (2002-2005) and Sorry and the Sinatras (2007-2009). Karl Rosqvist
Karl Rosqvist, also known as Karl Rockfist is a Swedish drummer.He played in the Swedish metal band Sorg in the early to mid 1990s. In 2001 he joined the California-based band Steel Prophet who are considered pioneers in the American power metal scene. He recorded two studio albums with Steel Prophet. Both were released by Nuclear Blast Records worldwide. In 2004 he became a member of the Los Angeles band The Chelsea Smiles who signed a recording contract with Capitol Records / EMI. Sami Yaffa
Sami Yaffa (born Sami Lauri Takamäki; 4 September 1963) is a Finnish bass guitarist best known for his work in New York Dolls, Michael Monroe's bands, and Hanoi Rocks. He is currently the bassist for the Michael Monroe band and The Compulsions. He also plays guitar in his own band Mad Juana. Biography Yaffa first began playing music in 1977, when he was fourteen years old, with a band called The Bablers. He went along with another member of the Bablers (Pepe Seivo) and formed a punk rock band, Suopo, in 1979. They did not record any material and stayed relatively unknown even in the Finnish punk rock scene. Around this time Yaffa also played with another Finnish punk rock band, Pohjanoteeraus. Saul Hudson (born July 23, 1965), better known as Slash, is a British-American musician who is best known as the lead guitarist of the American hard rock band Guns N' Roses, with whom he achieved worldwide success in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
