"I'm Goin' Down" is a rock song written and performed by the American singer-songwriter Bruce Springsteen. It was released on August 27, 1985 by Columbia Records as the sixth single from his 1984 album '' Born in the U.S.A.'' The song was recorded with the E Street Band in May 1982 at Power Station studio in New York City, and co-produced by Springsteen, Jon Landau, Chuck Plotkin, and Steve Van Zandt. Although Springsteen had changing ideas about the songs to put on the album, "I'm Goin' Down" was ultimately selected for inclusion. ''Jeff Beck Group'' is the fourth and final studio album by the Jeff Beck Group and the second album with the line up of Jeff Beck, Bobby Tench, Clive Chaman, Max Middleton and Cozy Powell. The album was produced by Steve Cropper and often referred to as the ''Orange Album'', because of the orange which appears prominently at the top of the front cover. History In January 1972, the second Jeff Beck Group flew to the US and joined Beck at TMI Studios in Memphis, Tennessee.
