''I'm Diggin' It'' is the only studio album by the American country music singer Alecia Elliott. It was released in 2000 by MCA Nashville. It peaked at No. 18 on the ''Billboard'' Top Country Albums chart. The album includes the singles "I'm Diggin' It" & "You Wanna What?" 20 years passed before Elliott released her second album, ''Voodoo''. Production The album was produced by Tony Brown and Jeff Teague. Elliott cowrote two of the album's songs. Alecia Elliott
Alecia Elliott (born December 25, 1982) is an American contemporary country music singer and actress. She was discovered by Lorrie Morgan, who was impressed by her demo recordings in the mid-1990s. Elliott issued her first studio recording on MCA Nashville in 2000 entitled '' I'm Diggin' It''. As an actress, Elliott was one of the stars of the TNBC series '' All About Us'', of which she also co-wrote its theme song. She returned in 2019 with a new record label, and new music. In December 2019, Alecia Elliott returned to music with a new single called "What Love Can Do" under Muscle Shoals Recordings. It is her first single since 2001. Randy Scruggs
Randy Lynn Scruggs (August 3, 1953 – April 17, 2018) was an American music producer, songwriter and guitarist. He had his first recording at the age of 13. He won four Grammy Awards and was named Musician of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards three times. He was the middle son of Earl Scruggs and Louise Scruggs. Career As a songwriter, Scruggs's credits include " We Danced Anyway", " Love Don't Care (Whose Heart It Breaks)", "Love Has No Right", " Don't Make It Easy for Me", "Chance of Lovin' You", and " Angel in Disguise". Harry Stinson (musician)
Harry Stinson is an American multi-instrumentalist, noted as a session drummer and vocalist in the Nashville music community. He is also a songwriter and producer. Biography Stinson grew up in Nashville, where he grew to love country music. He was in a high school band with Morris West, son of country star Dottie West. In 1970, Stinson first worked professionally in Dottie West's band the Heartaches, touring with Red Sovine and Don Gibson, and appearing on the Grand Ole Opry. In 1974, Stinson substituted for Willie Leacox for the band America's tour. Silver Then Stinson moved to California, where he joined the band Silver with John Batdorf, Tom Leadon, Brent Mydland, and Greg Collier. Silver had one top 20 hit in 1976 with " Wham Bam." John Wesley Ryles (born December 2, 1950) is an American country music artist. Ryles recorded a string of hit country songs, beginning in 1968 when he was still a teenager, and continuing through the 1980s. He no longer records as a headline artist but remains active in the music industry as a session musician. Biography At age 17, he made his debut in 1968 with the single "Kay", a Top Ten hit on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Singles (now Hot Country Songs) charts, and the title track to his debut album for Columbia Records. Brent Thomas Bourgeois (born June 16, 1958) is an American rock musician, songwriter, and producer. He was co-leader of the band Bourgeois Tagg with Larry Tagg, and has released several solo albums. Mark Otis Selby (September 2, 1961 – September 18, 2017) was an American blues rock singer-songwriter, guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer. Born in Enid, Oklahoma, he was a solo artist, signed to ZYX Records in Europe, and one half of performing duo with his wife, songwriter Tia Sillers. He also played guitar in recording sessions for musical artists such as Kenny Rogers, Johnny Reid, Keni Thomas, Jimmy Hall, and Wynonna Judd.
