Hallam Road
Hallam Road is a major urban arterial road in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Within Hampton Park the road is known as Hallam Road, whilst on its northern sections the allocation is still best known as by the names of its constituent parts: Hallam North Road, Belgrave–Hallam Road, and Hallam South Road. Hallam is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 34 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Casey local government area. Hallam recorded a population of 11,355 at the 2021 census. The suburb has its own railway station. Narre Warren North, Victoria
Narre Warren North is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 36 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Casey local government area. Narre Warren North recorded a population of 8,033 at the 2021 census. History Before the construction of the Gippsland railway line, Narre Warren North was actually the location of the Narre Warren township. The construction of Narre Warren railway station, however, moved the township 2 km to the south, which is what happened to Upper Beaconsfield, Clyde North and many other townships. The Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) is an infrastructure upgrade project by the Government of Victoria, Australia, to remove and grade-separate 110 level crossings and to rebuild 51 railway stations on the metropolitan and regional rail network of the state capital Melbourne. The project aims to improve network efficiency, rail safety, and reduce traffic congestion.
