Hotel Belvédère Du Rayon Vert
The Belvédère du Rayon Vert is a former hotel in Cerbère, France, designed in the art deco style by the Perpignan architect Léon Baille and built between 1928 and 1932. It has the overall appearance of a ship. It had its own cinema and a tennis court on the roof. It closed in 1983. In 1987, the building was protected under the list of historic monuments (''inscription''). Part of the building has been restored and is available for reservations, with some original interior features preserved. The building is open to visitors most afternoons. The Belvedere is a Beaux Arts style building in Baltimore, Maryland. Designed by the Boston architectural firm of Parker and Thomas and built in 1902–1903, the Belvedere is a Baltimore City Landmark at the southeast corner of North Charles Street, facing north on East Chase Street in the city's fashionable Mount Vernon-Belvedere-Mount Royal neighborhood. In 1991 it was converted into condominiums, though areas remain open to the public. Design The eleven-story tan brick building rises from a rusticated stone base to an elaborately detailed "French Second Empire" styled crown with a traditional mansard roofline. Belvedere Club
The Belvedere Club, located south of Charlevoix, Michigan is a summer home association of 91 cottages between Round Lake and Lake Charlevoix in Northern Michigan founded in 1878. Members are generally from upper class households and originate from the Midwest and South. Many families have been resorting to the club for generations. During the summer season, late June through Labor Day, the club's entrance is staffed to limit non-member tourist traffic. Most of the cottages are not winterized, but the summer season has been expanding in recent decades to include cottages opening in the spring with many cottages remaining in use through Michigan's fall leaf color season. The club's grounds include a beach, a tennis club, parks and gardens, and a casino dining club, all of which are private. Belvédère (; ; ) is a commune in the Vésubie valley north of Nice in the Alpes-Maritimes department in southeastern France. The village of Belvédère is located at the entrance of the Gordolasque valley on the edge of the Mercantour National Park. Furka Pass
Furka Pass (; ) is a high mountain pass in the southern Swiss Alps connecting Gletsch, Valais with Realp, Uri via the seasonal Furkapassroute. The Furka Oberalp Bahn bypasses the pass through the high Furka Base Tunnel, which opened in 1982 to replace the seasonal Furka Summit Tunnel at . The Furka Pass was used as a location in the James Bond film '' Goldfinger'', a curve of which is marked as "James Bond Strasse", complete with lookout point and small parking area. Near the western summit of the pass is the Hotel Belvédère; a short walk from it leads to the Rhône Glacier Ice Grotto. The glacier moves 30–40 metres a year, and the 100 metre long tunnel and ice chamber are open from June when the road opens.
