Ernst Hofbauer (22 August 1925 – 24 February 1984) was an Austrian film director. Biography Hofbauer was born on 22 August 1925 in Vienna, Austria. He began his career as an assistant director in 1950 with ''Der keusche Adam''. His first film as a director was a sequence of the Austrian anthology film ''Auch Männer sind keine Engel'' ( ''Wiener Luft'', 1959). Hofbauer's next film was a Krimi film ''Case 33: Antwerp'' in 1964 that he also wrote. Claus Herwig (17 April 1938 – 17 June 2021), known professionally as Teddy Parker, was a German singer. Biography Herwig was born in Brno but moved to Bamberg following World War II and the expulsion of Germans from Czechoslovakia. In 1955, he moved to Munich and took choral classes. After he earned his ''Abitur'', he studied law. In 1957, he took part in a competition for young talent and earned a contract with the record label Tempo. His style took after that of Frank Sinatra, Peter Alexander, Peter Kraus, and others. After his state examinations, he signed a second recording contract. Boris Buzančić (13 March 1929 – 9 October 2014) was a Croatian actor and politician who served as the 47th Mayor of Zagreb between 1990 and 1993. A native of Bjelovar, Buzančić began acting very early. He appeared in numerous films and TV shows. His specialty was playing roles of men with authority, especially in dramatic films dealing with World War II. Edith Hancke (; 14 October 1928 – 4 June 2015) was a German stage, film and television actress. Life and career Edith Hancke, daughter of a bank clerk, grew up in Berlin-Charlottenburg. She received an education at the Lettehaus and, at the age of 20, attended Marlise Ludwig's acting school at Wilmersdorfer Wilhelmsaue.
