Thakur Baldev Singh (27 Jan 1999 – 25 August 2018) was an Indian Politician from Jammu and Kashmir. He was member of Lok Sabha from Jammu, State President of Bharatiya Jana Sangh and later Bharatiya Janata Party (Jammu and Kashmir). He was elected to the 6th Lok Sabha. He was also a two time member of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. He worked for the poor and spoke for Dogras in Lok Sabha. He was called 'People's Leader'. The Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019, Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act was passed to reconstitute the state of Jammu and Kashmir (state), Jammu and Kashmir into union territories of Jammu and Kashmir (union territory), Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh in 2019.
