Hiraes
Hiraes is a German melodic death metal band from Osnabrück, which consists of former members of Dawn of Disease and Britta Görtz, the former singer of Critical Mess. History In 2020, the former Dawn of Disease bandmates teamed up with singer Britta Görtz of Critical Mess under the name Hiraes. Dawn of Disease disbanded following the departure of singer Tomasz Wisniewski who began to fully focus on Nyktophobia in 2020. Up to this point the band had released five studio albums. Singer Britta Görtz also released a total of five studio albums with her former band Cripper and then two more studio albums with her successor band Critical Mess. On 25 June 2021, Hiraes released their debut album Solitary on Napalm Records. In an interview with the music magazine Rock Hard, Görtz reports that all of the songs on the album were written when the band was still nameless but already complete. Napalm Records
Napalm Records is an Austrian independent record label focused on heavy metal, hard rock and folk/folk rock/folk metal. Originally, Napalm focused on black metal bands, such as Abigor and Summoning, and folk metal bands, such as Falkenbach and Vintersorg. Dawn Of Disease
Dawn of Disease was a German death metal band from Osnabrück that was active between 2003 and 2007 and again from 2009 to 2020. Throughout their career, the band had released five studio albums, one compilation album and one EP. History Dawn of Disease was formed in 2003 in Osnabrück, Lower Saxony, with singer Tomasz Wisniewski, guitarist Alex Miletic, bassist Sven Surendorf and drummer Sebastian Timper. A year later, they released their first EP, entitled ''Through Bloodstained Eyes''. After touring with bands such as Fragments of Unbecoming, Vader or Suffocation, the group disbanded in 2007 undergoing several lineup changes. In spring 2009, Wisniewski and drummer Mathias Blässe reformed Dawn of Disease. They were joined shortly after by guitarists Lukas Kerk and Oliver Kirchner. Oschersleben
Oschersleben () is a town in the Börde district, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. The population in 1905 was 13,271, in 2020 about 19,000. History On November 23, 994 Oschersleben was first mentioned in a document by the Emperor Otto III. In 1235 it was first referred to as a town. In the 17th century most parts of Oschersleben were destroyed by fires. In 1648 it came under Brandenburg's domination. Insomnium is a Finnish melodic death metal band formed in Joensuu in 1997. The sound and lyrical themes of their music portray darkness, sorrow, loss, pain, and nature. Their music includes elements of progressive metal, black metal, folk metal, and doom metal. Tolkien's Middle-earth. In Flames is a Swedish Heavy metal music, heavy metal band, formed by guitarist Jesper Strömblad in Gothenburg in 1990 out of the Swedish death metal, Swedish death metal scene.
