Hasan Nasbi
Hasan Nasbi (born 11 October 1979) is an Indonesian political consultant who has served as the Chief of the Presidential Communication Office since 19 August 2024. He was one of the spokespersons for the National Campaign Team of Prabowo Subianto–Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the 2024 Indonesian presidential election. Early life and education Hasan was born in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra on 11 October 1979 to a Minangkabau family. His mother is the paternal younger sister of Ahmad Syafi'i Ma'arif. Hasan enrolled in primary school and Islamic junior high school (MTs) in Kampuang Nan Limo, , , Agam Regency. He later studied at SMA Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. The Presidential Communication Office (, official abbreviation PCO) is a cabinet-level agency tasked to coordinate and deliver presidential messages and communication and to convey official comments on behalf of the president. This office is replacement for the office of Presidential Spokesperson of the Republic of Indonesia. 2012 Jakarta Gubernatorial Election
A gubernatorial election was held in Jakarta on 11 July 2012, with a second round run-off on 20 September 2012 to elect the governor of Jakarta for the next five-year term. Incumbent governor Fauzi Bowo was running for a second successive term. The first round resulted with two top-voted candidates, Joko Widodo and Fauzi Bowo to advance to the runoff as neither received majority of votes in the first round. Quick count results released in mass media after the second round voting indicated that Joko Widodo is projected to win the runoff with 54% of popular votes.
