Happy Valley () is a chain of amusement parks located in various cities of China. The first park opened in 1998 in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. Since then seven more amusement parks have opened in Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Wuhan, Tianjin, Chongqing and Nanjing. Shenzhen is a prefecture-level city in the province of Guangdong, China. Happy Valley Beijing () is an amusement park in Beijing, constructed and operated by Beijing OCT (), which is part of the Overseas Chinese Town Company. The park is located in Chaoyang District, Beijing, Chaoyang District in eastern Beijing. Opened in July 2006, it is the second part of the Happy Valley (amusement parks), Happy Valley theme park chain. The concept design and master plan for the park were created by Creative Kingdom China and Leisure Quest International (United States, USA/China). Songjiang District
Songjiang is a suburban district (formerly a county) of Shanghai. It has a land area of and a population of 1,909,713 (2020).
