Hacker (film)
''Hacker'' (theatrically released as ''Anonymous'') is a 2016 crime thriller, directed by Akan Satayev, about a group of young hackers who got involved with an online crime group and black market dealers across Toronto, Hong Kong, New York, and Bangkok. The cast consisted of Callan McAuliffe, Lorraine Nicholson, Daniel Eric Gold, and Clifton Collins Jr. The story was loosely based on real events. The screenplay was written by Timur Zhaxylykov and Sanzhar Sultan, who also produced in association with Brillstein Entertainment Partners. The film had a limited release in the US (under the title ''Anonymous''), on December 2, 2016. Following that, Sony Pictures released the film on home entertainment. Callan McAuliffe
Callan Ryan Claude McAuliffe (born 24 January 1995) is an Australian actor, known for his roles as Bryce Loski in '' Flipped'' and Sam Goode in ''I Am Number Four''. He appeared as young Jay Gatsby in the 2013 film ''The Great Gatsby''. From 2017 to 2022 he starred on '' The Walking Dead'' as Alden. Daniel Eric Gold (born September 19, 1975 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. He attended Lee Strasberg's Theater Institute as a teenager, and went on to graduate from Penn State in 1996, with a degree in Theater Arts. Career Theater Gold moved to Chicago after college where he performed as Michael in Jean Cocteau's ''Indescretions'', Oak Park Festivals ''Much Ado About Nothing'' and Patrick Marber's '' Dealer's Choice''. Sanzhar Sultan (born December 7, 1988, as ''Sanzhar Sultanov'') is a Canadian film director, producer and screenwriter. Early life Sultan was born in the small village of Korday, Kazakhstan. He grew up and studied in at Downside School in England and at Upper Canada College in Canada. In 2007, Sultan moved to New York City to study at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. Career Sultan (back then as Sultanov) founded his own company, Reverson Entertainment, in 2009, with his brother Said.
