Rizal Memorial Coliseum
The Rizal Memorial Coliseum is an indoor arena in the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex in Manila, Philippines. It can hold up to 6,100 people. History The Rizal Memorial Coliseum within the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex was built on the former site of Manila Carnival Grounds in 1934 as a tennis stadium named "Rizal Memorial Tennis Stadium", but was later renamed “Rizal Memorial Coliseum” at an unknown time. It became a primary venue for the UAAP and the NCAA, before moving to much-larger venues such as the Araneta Coliseum. It was one of the buildings that were destroyed during the Battle of Manila (1945), Battle of Manila of World War II in 1945 and was reconstructed in 1953 for the 1954 Asian Games. Koi Sie Yan (born 8 February 1999) is a Malaysian rhythmic gymnast. Career Koi first competed for Malaysia at an international rhythmic gymnastics championship in 2015 where she represented Malaysia at the 2015 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships. Amy Kwan Dict Weng (born 1 February 1995) is a Malaysian former individual rhythmic gymnast. Career She was part of the Malaysian team to win the bronze and silver medals in the women's rhythmic team all-around event at Glasgow 2014 and Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games respectively. Rachel Yeoh Li Wen (born 30 December 1998) is a Malaysian artistic gymnast. She is the 2021 Southeast Asian Games champion on the uneven bars and balance beam. Personal life Yeoh was born in Pulau Pinang in 1998. She graduated from University of Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics in 2022.
