Crush 'n' Gusher
Crush 'N' Gusher is a water coaster in Disney's Typhoon Lagoon on the Walt Disney World Resort property. This ride was the first water coaster to be built for a Disney water park. Themed as an abandoned and dilapidated fruit process center, guests may slide down three different slides: the "Banana Blaster", "Coconut Crusher", or "Pineapple Plunger". These slides range from 410 to in length, but all send riders to a plunge into the "Hideaway Bay" pool. Development Specifics pertaining to mark Crush 'N' Gusher were announced by Disney officials by December 2004. Fruit Gushers (also simply Gushers) are a Betty Crocker-branded fruit snack introduced in 1991. They are soft and chewy with a fruity-juice center. History Fruit Gushers (sometimes simply "Gushers") were introduced in 1991 as a Betty Crocker fruit snack. Each box of Fruit Gushers was list priced at and contained six pouches of Gushers, each of which had nine individual pieces for per pouch. Lakeview Gusher
The Lakeview Gusher was an eruption of hydrocarbons from a pressurized oil well in the Midway-Sunset Oil Field in Kern County, California, in 1910. It created the largest accidental oil spill in history, lasting 18 months and releasing of crude oil. Midway-Sunset was one of the largest oil reserves in the United States. When drilling commenced, the Lakeview Oil Company expected natural gas and a small amount of oil. Instead, there was a large blowout which overloaded storage tanks. The geyser released more than of crude oil, far more than any other single leak on land or water. Gusher Marathon
The Gusher Marathon is an annual spring marathon held in Beaumont, Texas. It was founded in 2010 by the local nonprofit organization Sports Society for American Health and sponsored by Exygon Gym and Baptist Hospitals. The ''Gusher'' in Gusher Marathon refers to the 1901 discovery of oil at the spindletop salt dome in Beaumont. The course is a flat, fast USATF Sanctioned and Certified, Boston Qualifier. The course begins at the Montagne Center of Lamar University and tours much of Downtown Beaumont before returning to Lamar University. Disney's Blizzard Beach is a water theme park located at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida near Orlando. All water areas are heated (at approximately ), with the exception of the melting snow in the ice cave of Cross Country Creek.
