Guseong Station
Guseong Station is a subway station of the Suin–Bundang Line, the commuter subway line of Korail and the national railway of South Korea, as well as the GTX-A. The station was opened in December 2011 as part of the Giheung extension of the Bundang Line. Near this station, there is E-mart traders, Guseong middle school, and Guseong high school. Giheung District () is a gu (district) in Yongin, South Korea. It has 10 '' dong'' (neighborhoods). Its area is 81.67 km2 and it has 439.877 inhabitants (in 2022). Yongin
Yongin (; ) is a city in the Seoul Metropolitan Area, the largest in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. With a population over 1 million, the city has developed rapidly since the 21st century, recording the highest population growth of any city in the country. Yongin is a multi-nuclear city with multiple urban centers, not a single nuclear structure, and Giheung District crosses the Yeongdong Expressway and Dongbaek, while Suji District crosses Pungdeokcheon Stream and Jukjeon. Suin–Bundang Line
The Suin–Bundang Line (Suwon–Incheon–Bundang Line) is a commuter rail service of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway system, operating on trackage from the Suin Line (opened on June 30, 2012) and the Bundang Line (opened on September 1, 1994). Operation began on September 12, 2020. Frequent service is provided between Wangsimni and Incheon by 6-car trains, with 9 trains on weekdays and 5 on weekends running one station north of Wangsimni to Cheongnyangni. However, many trains terminate at various locations on the line such as Jukjeon, Gosaek, and Oido. Trains travel along the Suin (Incheon-Suwon), Bundang (Suwon-Wangsimni), and Gyeongwon (Wangsimni-Cheongnyangni) lines. It shares trackage with the Ansan Line of Seoul Subway Line 4 between Hanyang University at Ansan and Oido. Great Train EXpress
Great Train eXpress (GTX) is a higher-speed commuter rail network in the Seoul Metropolitan Area project consisting of three separate lines, named GTX-A, GTX-B and GTX-C, and scheduled for completion in 2030. Three other lines, named GTX-D, GTX-E and GTX-F are being planned. GTX-A The GTX-A, officially Metropolitan Area Rapid Transit Line A, is a higher-speed commuter railway line operating in two sections in Seoul, South Korea. Groundbreaking for GTX Line A was held on December 27, 2018, with service initially expected to commence in 2023.
