Green Wing Special
The "Green Wing Special" is the final episode of the British sitcom ''Green Wing''. It was first broadcast in Australia and Belgium on 29 December 2006. It was aired on 4 January 2007 in the United Kingdom. The episode is sometimes billed as a Christmas special, although the episode contains nothing Christmas related. The special is 90 minutes long, around twice the length of a normal episode. The special continues the plot from the end of the Green Wing (series 2), second series of ''Green Wing'', which ended with Caroline Todd (Green Wing character), Caroline Todd (played by Tamsin Greig) becoming Engagement, engaged to Guy Secretan (Stephen Mangan), Mac (Green Wing), "Mac" Macartney (Julian Rhind-Tutt) learning that he was going to die, Alan Statham (Mark Heap) and Joanna Clore (Pippa Haywood) fleeing from the police after they murdered Joanna's cousin, and Karen Ball (Lucinda Raikes) having a dramatic change of personality after she fell out of a window. Green Wing
''Green Wing'' is a British sitcom set in the fictional East Hampton Hospital. It was created by the same team behind the Sketch comedy, sketch show ''Smack the Pony'' – Channel 4 commissioner Caroline Leddy and producer Victoria Pile – and stars Mark Heap, Tamsin Greig, Stephen Mangan and Julian Rhind-Tutt. It focuses on soap opera-style twists and turns in the personal lives of the characters, portrayed in sketch-like scenes and sequences in which the film is slowed down or sped up, often emphasising the body language of the characters. Stephen James Mangan (born 16 May 1968) is a British actor, comedian, presenter and writer. Michelle Gomez
Michelle Gomez (born 23 November 1966), is a Scottish actress. Karl Julian Theobald (born 5 August 1969) is an English actor and comedian. He has played 'Landlord' in ''Plebs'' and Martin Dear in Channel 4 sitcom '' Green Wing''. Early life Theobald was born in Lowestoft, to Wendy Theobald. He grew up in Lowestoft, for seventeen years, where he studied at The Denes High School and went to dance school at an early age.
