Get Lost (organisation)
Get Lost, previously Go by the Forest (), is an anti-war charity founded by Grigory Sverdlin in Tbilisi, Georgia shortly after the announcement of a partial mobilisation of reservists in Russia on 21 September 2022. By 11 September 2024, Get Lost said it had advised approximately 39,000 people on how to avoid conscription, and by 11 October 2024 had helped over 1,000 people to desert. Support offered by Get Lost The organisation helps both Russian citizens to escape conscription and Russian soldiers to desert and flee the country or surrender to Ukraine, while also providing legal, financial and psychological aid to those who need it. For those who are unable to leave or wish to remain in Russia, the organisation provides financial support and help with finding shelter. Additionally, there are those within Russia who offer "an empty country house or several empty places in a hostel" to shelter those "hiding from mobilization." Grigory Sverdlin () is a Russia, Russian Anti-war movement, anti-war activist who, prior to fleeing Russia, was the director of the homeless charity Nochlezhka that operates in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. He fled to Tbilisi, Georgia (country), Georgia, which is where he founded Get Lost (organisation), Get Lost, an organisation providing aid to Russian citizens wanting to evade Conscription in Russia, conscription and Russian soldiers who want to Desertion, desert or Surrender (military), surrender to Ukraine. Gyumri
Gyumri (, ) is an urban municipal community and the List of cities and towns in Armenia, second-largest city in Armenia, serving as the administrative center of Shirak Province in the northwestern part of the country.
