Gerald Drayson Adams (June 25, 1900 – August 23, 1988) was a former business executive and literary agent when he began writing for films in the 1940s. The Oxford University-educated Adams specialized in action/adventure and western films. His films include ''Dead Reckoning'' (1947) starring Humphrey Bogart, ''The Big Steal'' (1949), ''Armored Car Robbery'' (1950), ''His Kind of Woman'' (1951, uncredited), ''The Black Sleep'' (1956), and ''Kissin' Cousins'' (1964), starring Elvis Presley, for which he received a WGA award nomination. Earl Felton (1909–1972) was an American screenwriter. He was a regular collaborator with Richard Fleischer, who later wrote that "Earl was crippled from childhood with polio. He had no use of his legs, but he navigated beautifully with a crutch and cane... Earl normally hated anybody elping.. him and would sometimes lay about him with his cane." Gerald Geraghty (August 10, 1906 – July 8, 1954) was an American screenwriter, mostly of Westerns. Early life and family Geraghty was born in Rushville, Indiana. His father was screenwriter Tom Geraghty. His brother Maurice was also a screenwriter; and his sister was silent film actress and painter Carmelita Geraghty.
