Ger Van Mourik
Ger van Mourik (4 August 1931 – 19 January 2017) was a Dutch footballer who played as a rightback. Club career Born in Amsterdam, van Mourik played his entire career for hometown club Ajax, making his debut on 3 June 1950 against Enschedese Boys. With the club he won the 1962 Intertoto Cup and two league titles, in 1957 and 1960. He was Ajax' captain for eight years and played 277 matches for the club, scoring 1 goal. He totalled 352 matches in all matches, ranking 11th in the club's Club van 100. He played his final game for Ajax on 30 June 1963 and was an Ajax club-member for over 70 years. Van Mourik never played for the Dutch national team. Managerial career Van Mourik managed DWV from 1974 until 1982, leading the club to the Dutch amateur title in 1977. Sportvereniging Marken (Dutch for ''Sport Club Marken'', commonly shortened to SV Marken, or just Marken) is an association football club from Marken, Netherlands. The football club was founded in 1946. It has as a Christian background, that was never included in its name. It plays in the 2017–18 Eerste Klasse Saturday after promoting in 2017. Marken reached the quarterfinals of the KNVB Cup, where it lost 0–1 from FC Den Haag. Its best known player is Kelly Zeeman, a girl from Marken who played in SV Marken boys and men teams. Enschedese Boys
Enschedese Boys is a non-league football club from the Dutch city Enschede. In 1965 the professional team of ''De Boys'' merged with their rivals Sportclub Enschede to FC Twente (both clubs continued in non-league football). Currently ''Enschedese Boys'' plays in the Vierde Klasse (8th tier in Dutch football). History ''Enschedese Boys'' was founded on 20 April 1906 by a couple of teenagers under the name ''Lotisco''. 1961–62 International Football Cup
The 1961–62 Intertoto Cup was the first Intertoto Cup, a football tournament for European clubs that would otherwise not have a European competition to compete in. The inaugural tournament was won by Ajax, who defeated Feyenoord in the final. The competition was contested by 32 clubs, almost exclusively from central Europe – Austria, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Sweden entered four clubs each; Poland entered two; and West Germany entered six clubs. ASC De Volewijckers is a Dutch football club that plays in the Vierde Klasse. It is a continuation of ASV–DWV and AVV De Volewijckers. History ASV–DWV ASV-DWV or Door Wilskracht Verkregen was founded on 12 May 1912 in present-day Amsterdam-Noord. Its home ground was Sportpark Elzenhagen.
