The General Directorate of Border Guard ( ar, المديرية العامة لحرس الحدود السعودية) is a Saudi agency responsible for guarding land and sea borders of the Saudi Arabia, Kingdom. Awwad Eid Al-Aradi Al-Balawi is the Directorate general of Saudi Arabian Border Guards. History The late King Ibn Saud, Abdulaziz Al Saud laid the foundation of the organs of the state. The Saudi Arabian National Guard or SANG ( ar, الحَرَس الوَطنيّ, al-Ḥaras al-Waṭanī), also known as the "White Army", is one of the three major branches of the military forces of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The national guard is under the administrative control of the Ministry of the National Guard, instead of the Ministry of Defence.
