Carlos Alberto Dumas better known as Gato Dumas (July 20, 1938 – May 14, 2004) was an Argentine chef and restaurateur. He is considered by many the greatest chef in Argentina. He is also the founder of the largest culinary school in Latin America, the Gato Dumas Institute (Instituto Gato Dumas), with branches in Argentina (Buenos Aires and Rosario), Uruguay (Montevideo) and Colombia ( Bogota and Barranquilla). Life and work Carlos Alberto Dumas was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1938. An only child, he was given his first lessons in cuisine at age three by his grandfather, sculptor and cooking aficionado Alberto Lagos. Víctor Manuel Soto Flores (born July 23, 1975) is a Mexican ''Luchador'' or professional wrestler known by his ring name Drago. He is known for Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, where he is the former AAA Latin American Champion. Currently working as Dios del Inframundo, Flores has worked as Drago as Gato Eveready or simply El Gato under which he was an unofficial member of the wrestling group Real Fuerza Aérea, and as Alan in the group called Los Barrio Boys. Leandro "Gato" Barbieri (November 28, 1932 – April 2, 2016) was an Argentine jazz tenor saxophonist who rose to fame during the free jazz movement in the 1960s and is known for his Latin jazz recordings of the 1970s. His nickname, Gato, is Spanish for "cat". Biography Born to a family of musicians, Barbieri began playing music after hearing Charlie Parker's "Now's the Time". He played the clarinet and later the alto saxophone while performing with Argentine pianist Lalo Schifrin in the late 1950s. By the early 1960s, while playing in Rome, he also worked with the trumpeter Don Cherry. By now influenced by John Coltrane's late recordings, as well as those from other free jazz saxophonists such as Albert Ayler and Pharoah Sanders, he began to develop the warm and gritty tone with which he is associated. He won eight singles titles and achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 5 in April 2005.
