Gallus are a Scottish Heel (professional wrestling), villainous professional wrestling stable (professional wrestling), stable consisting of Wolfgang (wrestler), Wolfgang and real-life brothers Joe Coffey (wrestler), Joe Coffey and Mark Coffey. They are best known for their time in WWE. History WWE NXT UK (2018–2022) On the 5 December show of NXT UK, the trio of the Coffey brothers and Wolfgang was officially dubbed Gallus (Scottish slang for daring or confident) in a segment calling out British Strong Style, as well as Travis Banks. Mark Anthony Coffey (born 13 February 1990) is a Scottish professional wrestler. He is best known for his time in WWE, where he performs on the NXT (WWE brand), NXT WWE brand extension, brand as a member of Gallus (professional wrestling), Gallus. He is also a former NXT UK Heritage Cup and NXT UK Tag Team Championship, NXT UK Tag Team Champion. The 2022 NXT Heatwave was a professional wrestling television special produced by the American promotion WWE. This was the first Heatwave event held by WWE, as it was previously produced by the former Extreme Championship Wrestling promotion, which WWE acquired in 2003, thus making this the eighth Heatwave overall and the first since 2000 . The event was held for wrestlers from WWE's NXT brand division. It was the third annual Vengeance Day event held for the promotion's developmental brand NXT, and the 11th Vengeance overall. It was the third Worlds Collide and while the event was held primarily for wrestlers from the promotion's NXT and NXT UK brand divisions, Worlds Collide also featured some wrestlers from WWE's main roster brands, Raw and SmackDown.
