Gaizka Garitano
Gaizka Garitano Aguirre (born 9 July 1975) is a Spanish former professional Association football, footballer who played as a midfielder, currently Manager (association football), manager of Cádiz CF, Cádiz. Over 11 seasons as a player, he amassed Segunda División totals of 315 matches and 37 goals, mainly with Bilbao Athletic and SD Eibar, Eibar. In La Liga, he represented Real Sociedad during the 2005–06 La Liga, 2005–06 and 2006–07 La Liga, 2006–07 campaigns. Garitano entered coaching in 2009 with Eibar, being put in charge of the first team in 2012. He won consecutive promotions in his first two years, and reached the top division with the club in 2013–14 Segunda División, 2014. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game.
