Făget (; ; or ''Fatschet'') is a town in Timiș County, Romania, with a population of about 6,600. The town administers ten villages: Bătești, Begheiu Mic, Bichigi, Brănești, Bunea Mare, Bunea Mică (depopulated), Colonia Mică, Jupânești, Povârgina and Temerești. Name The name ''Făget'' literally means 'beech forest' in Romanian. Geography Făget is located in the southwest of Romania, in the contact area of the Lugoj Plain with the Lugoj Hills, on the upper course of the Bega River. Within Timiș County, it is located in its eastern part, from Timișoara and from Lugoj, to which it is connected by national road 68A. The same road to the east connects the town with Deva, away. Valea Lungă (formerly ''Hususău''; , ) is a Commune in Romania, commune located in Alba County, Transylvania, Romania. Is composed of six villages: Făget (''Oláhbükkös''), Glogoveț (''Kisgalgóc''), Lodroman (''Lodormány''), Lunca (''Küküllőlonka''), Tăuni (''Hosszúpatak''), and Valea Lungă. Ghimeș-Făget (, pronounced: , or sometimes ''Nagy-Gyimes'') is a Commune in Romania, commune in Bacău County, Romania. It is the only commune in the county that lies in the historical region of Transylvania. The commune, the seat of which is the village of Făget, is composed of six villages: Bolovăniș (''Bálványospataka''), Făget (''Bükk''), Făgetu de Sus (''Felsőbükk''), Ghimeș (''Gyimes''), Răchitiș (''Rakottyástelep''), and Tărhăuși (''Tarhavaspataka''). Drajna
Drajna is a commune in Prahova County, Muntenia, Romania. It is composed of eleven villages: Cătunu, Ciocrac, Drajna de Jos, Drajna de Sus (the commune centre), Făget, Ogretin, Piatra, Pițigoi, Plai, Podurile, and Poiana Mierlei. The river Drajna flows through the commune; it discharges into the Teleajen in Piatra.
