Fuzz (film)
''Fuzz'' is a 1972 American action comedy film directed by Richard A. Colla and starring Burt Reynolds, Yul Brynner, Raquel Welch, Tom Skerritt, and Jack Weston. The screenplay was written by Evan Hunter and was based on the 1968 novel of the same name, which is part of his ''87th Precinct'', written under the pen name Ed McBain. Dave Grusin composed the film's soundtrack score. Noted illustrator Richard Amsel painted the poster artwork, featuring Reynolds in a reclining pose reminiscent of his famous centerfold in ''Cosmopolitan'' magazine that appeared earlier that year. Although the ''87th Precinct'' novels are set in a fictional metropolis based on New York City, ''Fuzz'' is set in and was shot on location in Boston, Massachusetts. Fuzz (Junkhouse Album)
''Fuzz'' is the third and final studio album by Canadian rock band Junkhouse. The album was recorded in the fall of 1996 at a converted church studio in Hamilton, Ontario, Hamilton called Catherine North, which was co-owned by guitarist Dan Achen. Fuzz Townshend
John Richard Keith "Fuzz" Townshend (born 31 July 1964) is a British drummer, TV presenter of National Geographic Channel's '' Car SOS'' (also shown on Channel 4/ More4), motoring journalist for '' Classic Car Weekly'', former technical editor of '' Practical Classics'', and mechanic. He is also honorary president of the Triumph Sports Six Club. He also had a solo music career from 1996 to 2002. The early years Townshend's Afro hair was unique in his junior school and so, at seven years of age, his school friends renamed him Fuzz. His mother won a Vauxhall Chevette in a national newspaper competition when he was ten; having never learned to drive, she instead opted to take the prize in cash and spent it buying her son a drum kit. After taking lessons from local jazz musician Al Reed, Townshend's stage debut was made in March 1977, aged just 12. Disturbed is an American heavy metal music, heavy metal band from Chicago, formed in 1994. The band includes guitarist Dan Donegan, drummer Mike Wengren, lead vocalist David Draiman and bassist John Moyer. Donegan and Wengren have been involved in the band since its inception, with Draiman replacing original lead vocalist Erich Awalt in 1996 and Moyer replacing original bassist Steve "Fuzz" Kmak in 2004. Calvin "Fuzz" Jones (June 9, 1926 – August 9, 2010) was an American electric blues bassist and singer. He worked with many blues musicians, including Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, the Legendary Blues Band, Mississippi Heat, James Cotton, Luther "Guitar Junior" Johnson, Little Walter and Elmore James. He contributed to the collaborative 1996 album ''Eye to Eye'', which also featured Pinetop Perkins, Willie "Big Eyes" Smith, Ronnie Earl and Bruce Katz. Albert Eugene "Fuzz" White (June 27, 1916 – April 24, 2003) was an American Major League Baseball center fielder who played for the St. Louis Browns (1940) and New York Giants (1947). His career was unusual in that he went almost seven years between major league appearances. During World War II, White served in the Army. White made his first two major league appearances (September, 1940) as a pinch-hitter, going 0-for-2. Six years later, on November 1, 1946, he was drafted by the New York Giants from the Browns in the 1946 rule V draft. Then, next season, at the age of 31, he played in seven games for the Giants. is a Japanese visual kei Rock music, rock band, formed in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1997. The classic line up of Tatsuro (singer), Tatsuro on vocals, Miya (musician), Miya on guitar, Yukke on bass, and Satochi on drums was solidified in 1999 following the departure of original bassist Hiro.
