Fukkashi
''Fukkashi'' is Maldivian anthology television series written by Kopee Mohamed Rasheed and directed by Hussain Rasheed. The series consists of twenty-five episodes, spanning through different genres, mainly serious comedy, and presents different story and different set of characters in each episode. Roanu Hassan Manik
Roanu Hassan Manik is a widely acclaimed Maldivian film actor, who mainly works in the Maldivian film industry. Early life On 11 November 1977, while working as a Headmaster at educational centre, Manik produced, choreographed and starred in a theatre play, ''Vamundhaa Goiyy'' alongside his students which narrates the discrimination of locals moving from atolls to Male'. Afterwards he worked in several other theatre performances before making his screen debut in Musthafa Hussain-directed ''Gellunu Furaavaru'' (1980). Fazeela Amir
Fazeela Amir (16 December 1969) is a Maldivian singer. Early life Fazeela Amir was born and raised in the "Amir family" where several artists including Ahmed Amir and Ibrahim Amir were brought up and "ruled" the music industry. She made her career debut with the album ''Hiyy Fahi'' where she lent her voice for eleven songs in the album. This resulted in her receiving several offers from music directors and producers to sing for their films and albums before making her breakthrough with her "high-pitched" rendition of the songs in the 1994 released film ''Dheriyaa''. Aminath Shareef is a Maldivian film actress. Career Mariyam Shauqee's widely acclaimed family drama television series '' Kahthiri'' was released in 1998, where she played the role of the sister of an indolent mother. Chilhiya Moosa Manik
Moosa Manik commonly known as Chilhiya Moosa Manik (30 January 1940 – 24 August 2021) was a Maldivian film actor and writer. Early life In 1977, while studying at Majeediyya School, Manik participated in the theatre play performed to celebrate the Golden jubilee of Majeediyya School. He then joined several other theatre performances as a hobby though his first priority lies in sketching and drawing, followed by writing. His most notable performance as a theatre artist includes his role as Viyazor; the administrative chief of the Portuguese kingdom who invaded and ruled over Maldives. His work as a theatre performer was appreciated by the government of Maldives and he was bestowed with the National Award of Recognition in 1983. Aminath Rasheedha (born 27 February 1967) is a Maldivian actress and director. Career 1993–2006: Early releases and directorial debut In 1995, Rasheedha appeared in Mohamed Shiyaz's ''Dhushman'' which features Hussain Sobah, Mariyam Nisha and Hamid Ali in pivotal roles. In the film, she plays the role Seema, a sympathetic doctor who falls in love with a blind man. Ahmed Saeed is a Maldivian film actor and director. Career 1997–2010: Debut and early releases On 13 June 1997, Saeed made his screen debut in a video single alongside Hassan Afeef and Mariyam Nisha. Hassan Afeef is a Maldivian film actor. He is celebrated as the actor being featured in the first Maldivian film and song. He is also noted to be the actor to have worked with most directors away from home and acted in most films that were shot abroad.
