Frederick Moore (Lancashire Cricketer)
Frederick Moore (17 January 1931 – 17 March 2016) was an English cricketer from Rochdale. He played 24 first-class matches for Lancashire between 1954 and 1958. Moore also played for Lowerhouse Cricket Club Lowerhouse Cricket Club is a cricket club in the Lancashire League, which plays its home games at The Brooks Foundation Ground on Liverpool Road in Burnley. Frederick Moore (Cambridge University Cricketer)
Frederick James Stevenson Moore (26 February 1873 – 1 March 1947) was an English schoolmaster and a cricketer who played first-class cricket for Cambridge University Cricket Club in 1896. He was born at Leominster, Herefordshire and died at Sherborne, Dorset. In some records, including cricket databases, his first name is spelled "Frederic"; in others, including censuses, it has a final "k". Moore was educated at St George's School, Harpenden (the forerunner to the current school of that name) and at St John's College, Cambridge. Academically gifted, he took a first-class degree in Part I of the Cambridge University Classical Tripos, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1895. His single game of first-class cricket came after he had technically left the university: he appeared as a middle-order batsman in the match against Yorkshire in 1896 and scored 61 runs in his only innings. Frederick "Eric" Moore is an American politician who served as a member of the Montana Legislature. He was first elected on November 2, 2010 to Senate District 20. Early life and education Moore, originally from Colorado, Moore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture science from Montana State University. Career In the 2011 session, Moore was appointed to the Business & Labor, Education, and Agriculture committees. In 2013, he served as a majority whip. Moore served District 20 until being redistricted in 2015, and now represents District 37, which includes all of Carter, Garfield, McCone, and Prairie Counties, and parts of Fallon, Powder River and Wibaux Counties, Montana. Frederick Ferdinand Moore (24 December 1881 – 16 January 1947) was an early 20th century American novelist, short story writer, editor, publisher, soldier and war correspondent. His first novel ''The Devil's Admiral'' was inspired by his extensive travels as a sailor, a soldier serving in the US Army during the Philippine–American War, and later as a correspondent covering the Russo-Japanese War. As a captain in the US Army he was an military intelligence, intelligence officer in the American Expeditionary Force, Siberia, and was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun#5th Class, Gold and Silver Rays, Order of the Rising Sun 5th Class by the Japanese government.
